The interiors of the mountain apartments in Slunečná & Slovanka were created in collaboration with the renowned interior designer Ivanka Kowalski. However, for each property, the defining factor was also the character of the construction itself – Slunečná represents an entirely new reinforced concrete monolithic structure. In contrast, Slovanka respects the history of the two original buildings.
Extended variant with layout and interior according to the interior architect's design. Includes all fixed interior elements, including smart home system. If you would like to have your dream mountain apartment prepared as part of the Architect package, you can choose between two visual styles — classic and modernist.
Ceiling panels made of solid wood perfectly correspond with the wooden floor, defining the specific character of the interior. Together with the natural stone wall cladding, they unmistakably materialize the inspiration from the surrounding mountains. Comfortable upholstered furniture directly invites relaxation, enhanced by a well-thought-out lighting system permeating the entire apartment. A spacious dining area is also an integral part of the space.
In the private spaces of the apartment, the interior architect has taken special care to maximize cosiness – the bedroom is adorned with a plethora of high-quality textiles. Soft carpets, airy curtains, blackout drapes, and numerous pillows, blankets, and throws are not missing. The combination of wood and decorative stucco visually warms up the bedroom. The striking chandelier and pendant lighting above the bedside tables is an impressive detail.
Even kids rooms can be elegant without losing any of their playfulness. In this case, the wooden essence of the interior is complemented by the elegant monochrome decor of the storage furniture, which can easily hide toys and clothes. The bunk bed is not only suitable for relaxation, but also for never-ending children's adventures. The decadent forest motif then subtly reminds you that you've found your new home in the mountains.
Wood and stone form the dominant visual elements throughout the Modernista interior. This is no different in the case of the bathroom, where both materials complement subtle shades of green. A truly special touch is added to the bathroom by the black bathroom ceramics – especially the unmistakable free-standing bathtub.
No private mountain kingdom can be complete without a spacious wardrobe. In the showcase apartment of the Slunečná complex, such a wardrobe was created using glass bricks and glazed steel partitions. The unconventional combination adds an industrial charm to the interior while allowing sufficient light to illuminate the wardrobe itself.

The purist design of the living room emphasizes the architecture itself. In the classic variant, however, it is playfully complemented by highly decorative details, with which the author does not hesitate to introduce even subtle colour accents into the interior. Heavily substantial seating furniture is complemented by more delicate tables, allowing for easy manipulation within the space, and their arrangement can be easily adapted to the current needs of the owners.
The open living space also includes a dining area and a kitchen unit. An elegant kitchen with rustic French charm in neutral beige, is adorned with marble wall cladding and a solid ceramic sink. The spacious dining table is complemented by playful chairs with a decorative spirit, reflecting once again the colour accent of the adjacent living area.
The perfect foundation for a rustic style in the interior is a floor made of whitewashed wood. In a neutral colour palette, it allows for building an elegant and airy interior, even in the case of the bedroom. A comfortable boxspring bed is complemented by subtly industrial light fixtures, and, of course, blackout curtains are not missing.
In the case of the classic variant, the interior designer played with subtle colour tones. Naturally, these as well made their way into the concept of the children's room. The wooden cladding in pastel shades adds a sense of cosiness to the children´s space, and visually warms up the entire room. A bunk bed is not only good for a rest but also for endless children's adventures.
The rustic style is evident in the bathroom, dominated by classic white. The attention is drawn to the standalone black bathtub placed directly under the window, and interesting details including black faucets against the white background and subtle wooden accents. A crafted ceramic cladding in a muted khaki shade complements them perfectly.
