The challenging natural conditions of the Ore Mountains gave rise to God´s Gift (Boží Dar) as we know it today. Nothing has come easy to the town since its inception to the present day. However, the relentless efforts of the locals have always managed to cope with the whims of the mountains, creating an exceptional place to live. They never forget the source of their strength and never miss an opportunity to honour their mountain mentors. This same tribute is paid by the individual mountain apartments of the residential project Slovanka.

The residential property Slovanka has a more complex history. Historically, it consists of several separate buildings, and this is also reflected in its appearance. As part of the implemented concept, the authors of Slovanka decided to reconnect with its historical appearance. The space will feature shed dormers, a period combination of plaster and vertical wooden cladding with a hint of timber framing in the gables, and characteristic window division. Thanks to this, the construction will beautifully complement the architectural culture of God´s Gift (Boží Dar) and will respectfully integrate into the surrounding development.
