The interiors of the mountain apartments in Slunečná & Slovanka were created in collaboration with the renowned interior designer Ivanka Kowalski. However, for each property, the defining factor was also the character of the construction itself – Slunečná represents an entirely new reinforced concrete monolithic structure. In contrast, Slovanka respects the history of the two original buildings.
Extended variant with layout and interior according to the interior architect's design. Includes all fixed interior elements, including smart home system. If you would like to have your dream mountain apartment prepared as part of the Architect package, you can choose between two visual styles — classic and modernist.
Ceiling panels made of solid wood perfectly correspond with the wooden floor, defining the specific character of the interior. Comfortable upholstered furniture directly invites relaxation, enhanced by a well-thought-out lighting system permeating the entire apartment and an atmospheric bioethanol fireplace. A spacious dining area is also an integral part of the space.
The kitchen unit in dark wood decor with brass details elegantly completes the atmosphere of the entire living space. The unique stone kitchen island placed in the space not only provides additional workspace but also clearly references the mining history of the city. Moreover, it elegantly transitions into the solid dining area, thus materializing the inspiration from the surrounding mountains.
In the private spaces of the apartment, the interior architect has taken special care to maximize cosiness – the bedroom is adorned with a plethora of high-quality textiles. Soft carpets, numerous pillows, blankets, and throws made of natural materials are not missing. The combination of stone and decorative stucco gives the bedroom a maximally elegant appearance. An impressive detail is the striking lighting effectively filling the space under the roof.

Radka Šrámková founded her own interior design studio more than five years ago. Under the Desira Studio brand, she focuses primarily on residential interiors, drawing on her extensive experience in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands to create them. Her design is always based on the individual requirements of each client in harmonious combination with the natural features of the specific location.
The purist design of the living room emphasizes the architecture itself. In the classic variant, however, it is playfully complemented by highly decorative craftsmanship details – refined upholstered furniture, flowing curtains, solid wooden tables, and highly impressive lighting from Czech manufacturers. That is what creates an intimate atmosphere throughout the space.
An inconspicuous kitchen unit is also part of the open living space, which can be completely hidden behind doors in whitewashed wood decor. In this space as well, an impressive light fixture above the dining table is not missing, seamlessly transitioning into the island with cladding of black marble.
